John Beresniewicz is currently working at Teradata-Labs as a Product Specialist for the Aster Database. He was previously with Oracle America for 11 years at the HQ in Redwood Shores, specializing in database manageability and performance in the Enterprise Manager product. Prior to that he was co-founder and lead architect at Savant Corporation, as well as developer of the PL/SQL back-end code for the Savant Diagnostic Engine for Oracle. John lives in Half Moon Bay, California with his wife Arlene and he enjoys a weekly bodyboarding session every Friday.
