Hello,

we just released the latest version og asgXMPP. One of the major
changes was a licence change. You are able to use it under GPL now.

So to recap,

- New version of agsXMPP is now available. Nice! (still digging through the updated features… If/when time allows, will update this post with some highlights)
- In the past, the agsXMPP library was available under a dual-source license, though if you wanted to use it inside of a commercial product, you were required to purchase a commercial license.
- That has now changed: You now have two choices,
> > Use it however you might see fit, but do so under the terms of the GPL.
> > Purchase a commerical license, and then use it however you damn well please.

I *LOVE* it! Thanks for the note, Alex!

NOTE: You can learn more about all of the wonderfulness of the agsXMPP library (which runs on both MS.NET 1.1 and 2.0 as well as Mono 1.x) via the online agsXMPP SDK entry page. The API docs provide a quick, simple, and nicely formatted guide to the entire underlying library. Licensing details, including contact information for purchasing a commercial license are located in the licensing section of the same site.
