Thanks for rushing to the rescue! :)
As per my last post:
I just discovered that neither Scott Issacs, nor Derek Denny-Brown, had Wikipedia pages.
I don’t have a ton of time right now to write more, but I’ve now fixed this (both linked above), adding a lead-in sentence for both. If there are two people on this planet who have been more influential towards the current state of todays web who don’t already have a page, then its because I don’t know about them yet (otherwise I would create a page for them as well.) If you happen to know some more details in regards to Scott or Derek, and have a few moments, please add more content, pics, links, etc… They both deserve a TON of credit, and this is one way we can give it to them. And if there are others that I am missing, and they also don’t have Wikipedia pages, please create the page and then add the link to the comments section below so the rest of us can begin helping to fix this as well.
Fortunately, Adam Bosworth already has an entry, although its pretty small, so if you happen to know a few things that should be added, as well as links, pics, etc.. again, like Scott and Derek, Adam MORE than deserves to be given the extended credit for all his work that has helped shape our modern web.
Thanks for your help! :D
Update: I just noticed that there seemed to have been some concern regarding “notability” on Derek’s entry. Obviously not everyone on the planet knows who folks are and how they have been influential to the development of the web, or anything else for that matter. I’ve added a few notable links to provide more detail, but it seems like a pretty good idea to add a few more to help those in whom may be concerned with the accuracy of a given entry feel a bit more at ease. If you know of a few more, please add them to his page.
