The world is abuzz about Bootcamp, which lets you run XP on a Mac. Now there’s word that Bootcamp will let you run Vista as well.
That’s what Mary Jo Foley is reporting, anyway.
I’d like to see that one, considering the myriad troubles that people have running Vista on a PC. I bought a spanking-new Dell XPS 400 several months back loaded with RAM, and it generally runs Vista fine. Note the word “generally,” though. I’m having plenty of problems with Vista networking. The Network Center can’t seem to recognize my home network, but after mucking around enough, I’ve been able to figure out some workarounds. So on my desktop I have shortcuts to all the PCs on my network. But the Network Center still can’t find the network.
Maybe I need to get a Mac and Bootcamp — perhaps that’ll get it to work right.

I just installed Vista ultimate on a new IMac 20" and it works but you loose access to OS X, - It gave it a performance rating of 4.5 - the memory being the limiting number! It works really well as well!!!!
I have leopard and vista duel botted on my imac and it kicks but on both ends.
