Last night Canada on Rails launched a new version of the website. With the re-design comes the much anticipated venue announcement.
On April 13-14th, the BCIT Downtown Campus will host a capacity of 300 attendees. And with over 50% of the seats already filled, we are expecting a sold out event.
For those that may not have heard, RailsConf sold out an impressive 550 tickets in 8 days. With the mometum growing at such an exponential pace, Ruby on Rails is carving out its niche, and proving that developers and orgnaizations as a whole are very much interested in exposing themselves to one of the most productive and elegant frameworks on the block.
So if you are one of the few that gets a chance to hear from the likes of David Hansson, Thomas Fuchs, David Astels, David Black, along with 12 other major speakers, I look forward to meeting you here in Vancouver, BC.
