The Early Bird deadline for OSCON expires on May 23. In some past conferences, we extended the "deadline" past the first date we named. That isn't going to happen this time--come May 24, the baseline price goes up. If you know people who are taking the Early Bird deadline lightly, figuring they'll still be able to get the discount next month, please disillusion them. The time to register is now.

Do encourage them to check out the other discounts--user groups, government employees, even people who have attended previous O'Reilly conferences are all eligible for significant discounts. If you get in quick, those discounts plus the Early Bird prices make for hefty savings. That's money you could spend on beer. Or a sweet rack of drives for your TiVo. Or an iPod. Mmm, beery TiVoed iPod bliss ...

See you there!
