I am very excited to announce two very important announcements:
- The .NET DevCenter is now officially http://ONDotnet.com
- I am the new editor of the http://ONDotnet.com
Who am I? I am a working software engineer who has been building Microsoft related solutions for over seventeen years. I am also the author of "Pragmatic ADO.NET" and I run the http://ADOGuy.com website. I have been working with .NET since the PDC bits came roaring out of Microsoft.
My goal with the ONDotnet.com is to create a destination for the .NET community. By ensuring that we have content that is immediately applicable to working and weekend-warrior developers, while not ignoring the future of .NET and all of its related technologies (e.g. Web Services, GXA, XQuery, etc.).
If you are interested in writing for ONDotnet.com, please send me a quick e-mail with a short abstract of what you would like to write about (please do not send me completed articles). I will do my best to get back with you in 2-3 days.
In addition, I want to thank everyone at O'Reilly for welcoming me to the family.
