Looks to be an iPhone only competition, but I have used QuickOffice for a long time on multiple Symbian phones, and it's a great product.

Documents to go was a waste of money for me. The ONLY way to import documents into DocsToGo is through an exchange server or a desktop application on a relatively new computer. Since I have neither (just an unsupported G3 Mac for now) I can't use the app I paid for. Meanwhile, QuickOffice allows you to import from any email attachments (no exchange server needed) or your iDisk. For me, one is useable, one is not. It's an easy vote.

QuickOffice actually allows you to upload and download from any computer on the same wifi segment - huge if you're working with someone else's computer or in a work group where you need to share your files with someone when your computer is not available.
