  Hey, what about daisy wheel (letter quality) printers? Ahh, the good ol' days when printing something required ear protection ;-) and the only way to print graphics was as ASCII art. <sigh />

  Long live the daisy wheel. I still have one that I use for printing drafts and large API descriptions. Yes it is a little loud but it is much faster then any inkjet I have ever used and the ink is *much* cheaper. I wish that I could afford a personal laserjet for myself but I can't. Until then I will keep my daisywheel running!
