  I can't profess to have used this yet as I'm waiting for OS X 10.4. However, I can foresee this becoming a big deal in the way that QuickSilver is a big deal. Although it seems redundant and perhaps silly at first glance, it becomes more and more of your daily life to the point you can't imagine using a computer without it.
