Customer Service Rep

As a Customer Service Rep you will serve as the primary contact for O’Reilly customers worldwide and deliver exceptional customer service that is reflective of O’Reilly’s culture and values.

Responsibilities include creating loyalty through the prompt and accurate reception, assessment and processing of orders, inquiries, and concerns; providing proactive customer service so the O’Reilly experience is a seamless, one-call resolution process; and improving profitability by recognizing and maximizing selling opportunities.


Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience and basic knowledge of fundamental sales techniques.
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills.
  • Familiar with Word, Excel, the Internet, and e-mail.
  • Ability to learn in-house order entry applications/procedures and the ability to gain knowledge of O’Reilly products, services and programs.
  • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through skills.
  • Strong written, verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
  • Willing to contribute to a fun and energetic work environment that makes a positive difference for you, your colleagues and our customers.
