Financial Analyst

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will help provide key analysis and decision support to the CFO, Finance function and Division General Managers. Projects include feasibilities, margin and profitability analysis, cash flow projections, analysis of acquisition and divestiture opportunities and business modeling at the company, division, product-line and international subsidiary levels.

Additionally, you will participate in planning and budgeting processes; develop, maintain and communicate key performance indicators; develop improved financial reporting capabilities and provide key month-end support to the Accounting department.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline and 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis or an equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience.
• Skilled in the use of standard financial analysis tools including capital investment and ROI, discounted cash flow, fixed/variable cost structure, breakeven analysis, and allocation methods.
• Strong project focus – comprehending purpose, conceptualizing end product, deriving methods and processes, qualifying inputs and relationships – deadline conscious.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access, as well as generally high level of database understanding and user expertise.
• Strong background working with Oracle ERP or similar systems.
• Oracle Business Intelligence, Hyperion or similar software experience a plus.
• Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial statements in multi-currency environment.
