Online Merchandising Manager

O'Reilly Media, Inc. is looking for an innovative Online Merchandising Manager to plan and implement online marketing efforts. As part of the online team, you will be responsible for developing and producing online marketing and merchandising strategies. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized. A proven track record of effective project management, creative process resolution, and relationship development are key attributes for this position. A strong focus on the customer is essential.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years experience managing online merchandising and marketing teams.
• Through knowledge of online merchandising/marketing and e-commerce systems.
• Strong analytical background with web metrics, analytics and SEO/SEM. Ability to tell stories from the data.
• Ability to define and implement effective email campaigns.
• Proven project management skills with focus on documentation, reporting, analysis and budgets.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and can spot opportunities in times of change.
• Fearlessness around technology. Knowledge and application of social media.
