Project Manager

Can you drive technical projects to completion?

In this high visibility position, we will look to you to employ appropriate project management methodologies focused on the planning and execution of web site development and systems projects from an IS perspective. You will work closely with internal clients and stakeholders to determine project objectives and scope, define and document business requirements, functional specifications, and project timelines.

Additionally, you will be responsible for schedule and resource planning, milestone establishment, and helping to define project budgetary needs. Your ability to tactfully engage and motivate project resources and maintain internal and public project metrics to fuel continual project execution improvement will be imperative in helping the organization reach objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years Technical Project Management experience within a software engineering or web design environment.
• Expertise in using project management tools and techniques to develop and execute detailed project plans for complex software development projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines.
• Ability to quickly respond to changes in business scenarios, projects and resources and a willingness to adapt accordingly and positively.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and brainstorming sessions, document decisions, and tactfully hold project resources accountable.
• Ability to provide a flexible project management framework.
• Ability to manage many simultaneous projects.
• BS Degree in Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Previous Software Development experience.
