  WARNING to others -- this hack provided a solution to an ABUSE by an ISP.
  
  Suggest people not say "provided by" but instead use a phrase like "traffic carried by", which is more factually correct!

  "coustem" (sic) (believe you mean "custom").
  
  anyway, your hack is bogus.
  
  usr regedit and edit CLSID's to change title of IE.
