Easier than selecting Edit, Paste Special, Values, or using a Macro. Add the icon to your toolbar once, and it will always be available for a single-click execution. I find it is also useful for pasting values without over-writing pre-existing formatting.
Right-click anywhere on your Excel toolbar.
Select "Customize..." at the bottom of the pop-up.
Select the "Commands" tab.
Select "Edit" from the Categories list on the right.
Scroll down the Commands list on the right until you see the "Paste Values" icon.
Drag-and-drop the icon from the "Customize" window to your Excel toolbar. The location within the toolbar is your choice, but right next to the standard "Paste" icon is a logical place.
