Gareth Noyce, a 26 year old UK resident, works by day as an XML Architect for dynamic web applications built using XML/SGML, Java and Python related technologies.

Professionally, he applies his long term interest in computer game design to Computer Based Training applications--both stand-alone and web-based--as well as producing web multimedia as an independent consultant.

In his free time, he contributes graphics and design ideas to Free Software projects being developed with Python and Pygame. He is the lead artist for Civil, a real-time networked strategy game based on the American Civil war.
