Paul Raines is a system administrator and programmer at the MGH/MIT/HMS Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging. He is a huge advocate of scripting languages and has been using Tcl, Perl, PHP and many others on various projects since 1992. He is the coauthor of O'Reilly Media, Inc.'s Tcl/Tk in a Nutshell.
