Randy Muller, MCITP, MCSE, MCT, has worked in the IT field for over 25 years ââ¬â both in the military and civilian sectors. He has authored numerous articles for TechNet magazine and Global Knowledge, as well as co-authoring the book IT Career JumpStart: An Introduction to PC Hardware, Software, and Networking. Randy has also been involved in numerous exam development projects covering SQL Server 2012, SQL Server 2008 R2, and SharePoint 2010.
