Martin White is an intranet and information management strategy consultant, running Intranet Focus Ltd since 1999. He has been Visiting Professor at the Department of Information Studies, (now renamed the iSchool) at the University of Sheffield since 2002, and was elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Chemistry in 2006 for his work in information management for the pharmaceutical industry. Martin is the author of books on content management software, search and intranet management, and is Chairman of the Enterprise Search Europe conference. He has three decades of experience of consultancy work, and has business experience in nearly 40 countries.
