Trent Johnson is the Lead System Administrator for the O'Reilly School of Technology (OST). He has managed OST's systems since its inception as UserActive in 1998. He enjoys working with GNU/Linux and various open source projects related to systems management. He is the author of the OST Unix for Web programming course, and oversaw the development of the learning platform for OST's Unix System Administration series. Trent holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois College of Engineering.
