Bio

Kevin Lewis is a seasoned technical documentation professional with over 20 years of experience in the technical writing field, predominantly documenting software products and services. His history includes a master’s degree in technical and professional writing, documentation group management experience, teaching in a professional and technical writing program, and expertise with authoring online help systems and content. His other specialties include user and admin guides, tutorials, classroom instruction, and tools and technologies for creating help and web-based content. Kevin currently teaches technical writing, online content, and user documentation courses at Virginia Tech.
