Peter Southwick is an Architect for TorreyPoint. He has held positions as a Senior Network Engineer at Proteus Networks providing professional service and Juniper training and as SMTS at Hill Associates providing hands-on technical training in all aspects of data communications. Peter is a JNCI, holds JNCIE-M #473 and other Juniper certifications in routing and security. He is a co-author of O'Reilly's Juniper Enterprise Routing 2nd Ed., an author of Telecommunications, a Beginners Guide, Co-author of ISDN: Concepts, Facilities and Services (both published by McGraw Hill), and contributing author to The Handbook of Local Area Networks from CRC Press. Peter lives in the Champlain valley in Northern Vermont, is an avid skier and sailor in the local environs.
