José Carlos Fiel

José Carlos Fiel is Brazilian, born in Bento Gonçalves/RS, known as The Land of Wine, and has been a web developer since 2004, specializing in 2008 on the integration between Flex and PHP (with Zend Framework).

Today in Brasília/DF, he works in the Ministry of Education which develops projects with Flex + Zend Framework.

He is an Adobe Certified Expert Flex with AIR also keeps a blog at http://blog.josecarlosfiel.com.br/ about the technologies mentioned above and participate in discussion groups FlexDev and FlexBrasil, helping the community to integrate Flex and PHP.
