Susan B. Peck was the manager of documentation for O'Reilly Software. In this role she is the lead writer for the WebSite and WebSite Professional documentation, manages and reviews documentation for other products, and is the editor for the new Building Your Own series of software books. Susan has been in publishing since 1981, spending five years as a writer and writing manager with a textbook publisher before entering technical publications. She has written documentation for a variety of technical companies, including AT&T and IBM. Her work has won several awards from the Society for Technical Communications. Susan began writing for O'Reilly Software in 1995 with the first release of WebSite. Other books for O'Reilly include the WebSite 1.1 and WebSite Professional documentation, Building Your Own WebSite, and Building Your Own Web Conferences.
