Robi Sen is SVP of Government Practice and Managing Partner at Twin Technologies. He has 20 years worth of experience in engineering, science, and information technology from working on cutting-edge technology projects for NASA and the Department of Defense, to creating and managing successful Internet startups. Recognized as an application development authority, Robi has authored numerous papers and contributions to technical books, including the recently released, Unlocking Android.
