Tom Lauck is a senior developer who, over the past 6 years, has led the development of enterprise-level rich internet applications using both Flex and Flash. He currently works in the User Experience Group at Vanguard and runs a private consulting business.

Tom has applied his extensive knowledge of both RIA technologies and SEO to help clients drive traffic to their sites while delivering the best user experience.

When he's not in front of a computer, Tom can be found at a local ski resort riding the infamous east coast powder.
