Mark has a background in software engineering and system adminstration, and works in his day job at the University of Pennsylvania, providing next-generation network services to a community of 40,000 people.
This background served him well during the initial public beta of Lightroom, when he was named one of 50 "Most Valuable Contributors". Mark is a Lightroom Guru at Lightroom Forums, and also actively participates in Flickr's Lightroom group discussions and the photo.net community forums.
