Remko Tronçon, a member of the XMPP Standards Foundation's council, coauthor of several XMPP protocol extensions, and former lead developer of Psi, is a developer of the Swift Jabber/XMPP project. He holds a Ph.D. in engineering (computer science) from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
