Biography

Chris is a lecturer in the Department of Information Science and Digital Media at the University of the West of England in Bristol. He teaches courses in internet development and is the architect and team leader on a information system for staff and students which is based on the eXist native XML database. In his spare time he contributes to the Wikibook on XQuery and is, with his wife, refurbishing a 36 foot ketch to go cruising again.
