Tim Heuer is a senior program manager for Microsoft Silverlight working on the developer community team, where his responsibilities include creating an environment for learning and using Silverlight technologies. Before joining the Silverlight team, Tim worked with technical communities across the country helping to foster and build user communities focused on software developer technologies. Tim has worked with Microsoft developer tools and technologies since the early 1990s. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked as a consultant for 12 years helping to implement technology solutions to enable success in businesses across various industries such as health care, construction, real estate, and electronic commerce to name a few.

Tim is extremely passionate about Microsoft, but also enjoys learning new technologies and is constantly on the search for something new. His main passion lies in the web technologies and loves working with software developers to share and learn knowledge in this space.
