Gerry Gaffney is highly experienced in usability and related areas and runs Information & Design, a small usability consulting company. He also lectures in "Usability and User Experience Design" and writes and speaks frequently on usability and related topics in a variety of forums. Gerry is currently a member of the editorial board of User Experience magazine (the magazine of the Usability Professionals' Association).
