C. Titus Brown is a graduate student in Biology at Caltech. He has worked for over 12 years in scientific computing, systems administration, and database-backed Web development. He spends much of his time thinking about how to build better computational analysis pipelines and tools for interacting with scientific data. His interest in agile testing stems from his work in writing (and maintaining) large scale genomic analysis frameworks. Titus is also the primary author of twill, a scripting language for Web browsing. He blogs regularly at advogato.org.
