Brian Tierney

Bio

Brian L. Tierney is a researcher in the Distributed Systems Department at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (not to be confused with Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, the weapons lab!). His research interests include monitoring and troubleshooting techniques for widely distributed systems and high-speed networking issues. Brian spends as much time as possible working on a tree house at his place in the Sierra Foothills, playing drums, and going on long bike rides.
