Biography

Jennifer Golbeck is an Assistant Professor in the College of Information Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park. She studies artificial intelligence and HCI in the context of social networks and the web. She contributed a handful of hacks to Paul Mutton's book IRC Hacks and Rael Dornfest and James Duncan Davidson's OS X Panther Hacks. Jen lives in Maryland with her two dogs, Pi and K, and runs marathons in her spare time.
