Kostas Pentikousis, PhD, studied computer science at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Stony Brook University. He developed some of the ideas presented in this tutorial while working for Application Support for Administration at Stony Brook University. He is currently an ERCIM Fellow at VTT, The Technical Research Center of Finland, and resides in Oulu, Finland.
