Aether Systems (July 200 to present) Web Group – Senior Software Engineer Working on a team of software engineers to design and build a next generation content adaptation application targeted at wireless devices. Major duties include: design, development and testing of primary client interface (a Java servlet) and development and testing of XSL transformation component. The servlet is responsible for receiving and packaging the client HTTP request to relay to the server, and then unpackaging the server response for the client. The XSL transformation component is responsible for integrating and abstracting a 3rd party XSLT processing engine as well as executing document transformations.
