Wayne Palaia

Bio

Wayne Palaia (Northfield,NJ) has worked for the Federal Aviation Administration as a computer scientist for nearly 13 years developing and maintaining software systems and specializing in air traffic radar operations. Wayne designed the integration and deployment of more than 250 microcomputers to various radar sites in remote locations, as well as the logistics support program. He has used Microsoft Office for nearly ten years to develop and maintain detailed technical documentation (user guides, handbooks, and developer documentation), SQL client/server information systems using Microsoft Access and Oracle. He also maintains a 60+ node LAN and intranet and is currently developing an electronic book (HTML/Help system) titled "Radar Analysis for Beginners" as well as application context-sensitive help systems.
