Joe Conway has been involved with PostgreSQL as a contributor since 2001. His Postgres work includes implementation of set-returning (a.k.a. table) functions, improvements to bytea and array data types, several "contrib" libraries, and other miscellaneous features and fixes.
Conway holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech. He has twenty+ years' of professional experience in a wide range of business, engineering, manufacturing, and software development tasks.
