Tony Williams is currently a desktop support consultant at a major Australian university, specializing in Macintosh computers. He has previously been an IT manager, a Unix programmer, a software support technician, a help desk manager, a consultant, and an associate editor of Australian Macworld. It was rumored on Slashdot that he is actually a cooperative of six people due to the frequent book reviews he posts there and on his own site, Tony's Book Spot. He describes himself as a "professional Mac geek." He is waiting for the laws to change before marrying his 15" PowerBook, though she is currently not talking to him due to his recent dalliance with a Windows XP sub-notebook.
