Mark Finnern studied Business-oriented Computer Science in Furtwangen, Germany. Since 1990, he has worked for SAP both in Germany and the US as consultant, developer and product manager. He has held speaking engagements at several SAP TechEd, Sapphire and ASUG conferences in the US, Australia and Europe. Currently he is managing the collaboration area of the SAP Developer Network. Mark is also the founder and host of the Bay Area Future Salon, a group that explores accelerated change in technology, science, business and society.
