Bill Venners

Bio

Bill Venners, President of Artima Software, Inc., provides public and private training and consulting services and writes on Java and Jini technology. He is author of the book, Inside the Java Virtual Machine, a programmer-oriented survey of the Java platform's architecture and internals. His popular columns in JavaWorld magazine have covered Java internals, object-oriented design, and Jini. He also creates Artima.com, which offers articles, online books, discussion forums, and more for developers. Bill is currently working on a new book, Object Design, in which he offers guidelines for designing object-oriented APIs.
