Dublin Core Metadata
Meerkat supports the RSS 1.0 RSS
1.0 Dublin Core module, augmenting RSS's standard title, link,
and description with such attributes as creator (author), subject,
rights, language, publisher, format, and so on.
Settings: 0 = Off, 1 = On (default) Note: Some Meerkat flavours
(e.g. Minimal) may exclude the display of Dublin Core Metadata,
ignoring this setting.
Example: http://meerkat.oreillynet.com/?_dc=0
"no thanks, title and description are enough for me"
|
You may have noticed ? marks next to some of the attributes in
the various Meerkat Flavours descriptions on page 3.
These indicate that display settings affect whether or not these
attributes are displayed. Unless specifically turned off, these attributes
will be displayed by default. Those without ? (Title and Link) cannot
be turned off.
