Subject: Safari Testimonials
As the director of technology for a small private school, I have to
reconcile unlimited imaginations with very limited budgets, all while
somehow staying current on the latest technologies that might benefit the
school. Safari has been the answer to all my problems--when updates become
available, I can simply check out the newer version without having to
actually "rebuy" the book; the information is available from any Internet
connection, which means no more lugging books back and forth from work to
home; and, rather than guesstimating the annual expenditure for books and
manuals, I can set it and forget it.
Thanks and keep up the excellent service.

I read the article in EContent Magazine, including someone's comment that he
couldn't imagine why anyone would pay for Safari when an online user group could
answer any question that anyone might have. I totally disagree. I belong to
a couple of online groups, and I take every suggestion with great caution and
careful testing. There are a lot of self-proclaimed experts in the online groups
who think that attention to detail is a waste of time.
I don't take material from books without testing, either, but I have learned
that the books available through my Safari subscription are reliable. My chances
of getting the right answer the first time are very good. I travel for a living,
and it would be unthinkable to carry around with me the load of books represented
by my resources through Safari. I never know what I will need to know in the
course of a project. I count on Safari to help me get past challenges that might
otherwise mean sleepless nights.
