  Looks like Apple is moving away from Aperture given that they it has been 4 months since Nikon D3 and D300 have been released and not RAW capability in Aperture for either of these cameras and the best they can say is - it takes a while to make these updates. Already in Lightroom! What gives?

  I would like a comment from Joe Schorr when Aperture 2.0 is coming instead of hearing how great other companies are in making export functions.
  
  We have to make sure that Scott Kelby stops using Lightroom and starts using Aperture. But as this movie shows he also is waiting for version 2.0:

• Ask about RAW support for new cameras

  Rather than telling us all how wonderful the export plug-ins are, I'd rather hear something positive about Apple's plans to support the latest DSLR camera's RAW format. This is what is holding back photographers from using Aperture - no news from Apple when they are going to support their new camera. I appreciate that updates to the RAW file types supported have been generally been issued along with Mac OS updates, though at least ones this was a stand-alone update.
  
  So are Apple going to speed up this process and are they going to issue RAW support updates to 10.4 users?

  I thought it odd that on the page with the story and Inside Aperture podcast with Joe Schorr, there would be and ad for PC spyware scanning software for Windows. And then another Windows only ad. As Aperture and, Joe Schorr, for that matter are both exclusively Apple, why on earth would these ads appear on this particular page?

  Great podcast... I would be curious if inside aperture could show off some of the aperture books they talked about to get an idea on how customizable the books really are.
