According to CNET News.com’s Declan McCullagh: “A federal appeals court dealt a legal blow to Sun Microsystems on Thursday, tossing out most of a preliminary injunction requiring Microsoft to carry its rival’s version of an interpreter for the Java programming language.”
Should Sun appeal this ruling; what do you think of all this?

What with HP and Dell pre-loading Java on all their new machines, most Windoze boxes will have the latest Java on them, whether MS does it or not. I will, however, miss the delicious irony of MS having to do this after what the did to Netscape and tried to do to Java in the past, but I guess there is no room for poetic justice in the US legal system...
