  I’ve used this one for a couple of years now and can recommend it without hesitation

• Westtek ClearVue Presentation
  I’ve seen this bundled with a couple of Pocket PC devices.

• CNetX Pocket SlideShow
• Albatros Albatros Slides

The soon to be available (hopefully) Pocket PCs based on the recently announced Microsoft Windows Mobile 5 will have PowerPoint Mobile as part of Microsoft mobile office suite.
