Yo bloggers- you can delete the spam comments to your blogs. Just go to the same place you create your blog and visit the ‘Comments’ section. You have mighty delete powers over your own blog comments. Please don’t give spammers free hosting.

Also, at some point search engines will massively discount your pages on search results if you have spam comments. See copyrighteous for someone who eventually found this out.
Interesting article, Mary. It's hunting season here- maybe someday they'll sell spammer tags in addition to deer and elk tags. :)
