I am using jwsdp-1.5 ,when i issue xjc catalog.xsd command in command prompt ,i am not able to get impl/runtime folder and its content .what i getting is C:\catalog>xjc catalog.xsd

but ,i am following same tutorial above,where it is said to install JWSDP 1.5.still not able to get all those files completly,that is impl/runtime
JWSDP 1.5 implements JAXB 2.0.
