The Shuttleworth portion is fine -- he is very articulate and always gives fine interviews. But you should be embarrassed. First, you don't even pronounce "Ubuntu" correctly. Listen to Shuttleworth! And second, the video quality of the segment on installing Ubuntu is very poor -- blurry and impossible to read. Surely as geeks you could have done a better job?
